Company Profile The Removal Team, with its sister company The Storage Team, first opened the van doors in January 2001. Since then, The Removal Team has become one of the North West's most reputed Removals & Storage companies. A member of the National Guild of Removers & Storers, The Removal Team have consistently won bi-annual awards in relation to their customer service. Over 98% of their customers, in response to Questionnaires given at the end of a relocation, rated their service as being either very good or excellent. In 5 years, The Team have never failed to win this award. A fresh and young approach with a consideration to the Environment, the Mission statement is simple: "To be the North West's best Removal Company in terms of QUALITY, VALUE and SERVICE". This is not just hollow company literature put out to impress, but a genuine belief being lived daily through its owners and employees and being experienced by its customers. The Team have carried out thousands of house moves so far since the start of their time in business. These range from one-bedroom flat relocations within the North West vicinity, to five-bedroom detached houses to the Highlands with a complete packing and unpacking service. A strong customer base has been built and a high percentage of work is based upon that of recommendation. Due to the scale of the Team's Domestic work, they are constantly travelling up and down the country with regular weekly loads going to and from the London area, the South and Scotland. This allows them to carry out part loads to these areas thus making prices very reasonable to customers (see Part Load page). With regards to Commercial contracts, previous work undertaken includes the complete relocation (six floors) of Concourse House, Lime Street in Dec 04. The Team are an approved contractor for the Merseyside Police Force serving the whole of the county's Police stations and associated administrative buildings. All staff have been criminally vetted and meet strict guidelines and regulations. Continuously employed by Lancashire County Council for all relocations since early 2009, the Team continue to develop from strength to strength at a time when many other Removal Companies have simply declined or stagnated. With a growing list of both Private and Public Sector bodies continuing to employ the Team's services and with offices now throughout the North West, the Team is suitably on track to achieve its Mission. In January 2007, The Removal Team's sister company, The Storage Team, was set up to provide the North West with quality secure storage space. The Storage Team currently supplies over 45,000 sq ft of storage space.
